First Time Day Trip
The First Time Day Trip will be a fun day for your dog or cat. It is a day that allows us to get to know your pet and a day for you to get to know us and how things work. All other requirements must be met before your pet comes for their day. The goal of the First Time Day Trip is to get your pet comfortable with us and experience our luxurious spaces so that they will be more at ease when they come on their first adventure. When they are at ease, it will help ensure a safe stay for them and our other guests. Below you will see some of the things your pet will experience that day. A Spa Package can serve as the first time day trip.

Your pet will have time to experience the luxurious spaces that they will get to enjoy on one of their adventures.

Getting Comfortable with the Staff
Your pet will get to interact with the staff in a variety of ways to ensure that they will be comfortable and enjoy their adventure.
Getting Comfortable with other guests
Dog Guests will get to have group play with other dogs. They are all placed in appropriate play groups. They will safely get a chance to experience being around other guests. Cats do not have group play.

You will receive a full report of the day your pet experienced. This will give you a taste of the care and attention to detail you can expect from us when your pet comes for an extended stay. We also get to know you and any special concerns you have for your pet
